A Palestinian artist devises an elaborate plan to get detained in a prison where a large collection of looted Palestinian artefacts has been hidden by a corrupt Israeli prison warden. Together with his fellow prisoners, he works to smuggle the collection out.

Amer Shomali is a Palestinian multidisciplinary artist, using painting, films, digital media, installations and comics as tools to explore and interact with the sociopolitical scene inPalestine. Much of Shomali’s work examines the creation and the use of the Palestinian revolution’s iconography.
Shomali co-directed an award-winning animated documentary, The Wanted 18, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2014. The film was awarded the best documentary award in Abu Dhabi, Carthage, Traverse City, and Al-Jazeera Film Festivals. The Wanted 18 was in the official submission lists for the foreign language and documentary categories of the Oscars 88th.

Rashid Abdelhamid, of mixed Palestinian-Serbian origins, was born and raised in Algeria and received his education in France and Italy, going on to live and work in Gaza from 1997 to 2008. In 2013, he produced and acted in the short film Condom Lead , which made the official selection of the Cannes Film Festival (first time ever a Palestinian short film was selected in this category).
Rashid Abdelhamid is currently producing a feature film by Tarzan and Arab Nasser, Casting , currently in development and funding. In 2015, Made in Palestine Project’s first feature film Dégradé was selected at “La Semaine de la Critique” at the Cannes Film Festival and is currently being selected by several major festivals. Rashid Abdelhamid is a board member of Film Lab Palestine that aims to promote film art and film culture in Palestine.
