The Palestine Pavilion proudly welcomes Iraqi filmmakers participating in the Cannes Film Festival in solidarity and celebration of Iraqi cinematic voices and Arab cooperation in funding, co-production and regional distribution. Featuring Iraqi filmmakers, this gathering honours shared language, intertwined histories and cultural memory in a time of fragmentation, war and ongoing neocolonial violence across the region. Cinema and the arts remain vital vehicles for connection, dignity, and imagination and offer a powerful basis for collective action. The event is organized in partnership with the Iraqi Pavilion and the Iraqi Film Fund.
