Behind every powerful story is a producer who helps shepherd it into the world. We warmly invite you to meet with the Palestinian cohort of this year’s Producers’ Network at the Palestine Pavillion. Jiris Copti, Sarah Mowaswes , May Jabareen and Said Zagha are four promising and talented Palestinian producers whose projects shimmer with creativity, resilience, and determination.

We invite you to meet them, learn about their upcoming projects, and to join us in supporting, amplifying, and collaborating with the next generation of Palestinian producers.

Empowering New Voices: International Emerging Film Talent Association (IEFTA)

The International Emerging Film Talent Association (IEFTA) https://www.iefta.org/ is a Monaco-based non-profit dedicated to supporting underrepresented filmmakers. By connecting storytellers with industry opportunities, IEFTA helps new voices thrive on the global stage. At this year’s Marché du Film, IEFTA continues its mission to champion emerging talent, promote authentic storytelling, and build pathways into the international film community through mentorship, collaboration, and visibility.

The Palestine Film Institute is honored to collaborate with IEFTA for the launch of the Palestinian Producers Network at Cannes 2025. Their enduring commitment to equity, creativity, and international exchange offers critical support to emerging Palestinian producers and helps forge new connections between Palestinian cinema and the broader world.

Where opportunity ignites, new voices emerge — and through IEFTA’s work, the next generation of global storytellers steps forward.
