After six years in Algeria, including 3 years as the Head of the French Institute in Oran, Romain de Tarlé joined the French General Consulate of Jerusalem in September 2024 as the Cultural Attaché and Head of the French Institute Chateaubriand in East-Jerusalem. The French General Consulate of Jerusalem has a long history of cooperation with Palestinian filmmakers and producers, supporting emerging talents and building bridges between Palestinian and French professionals.
