Synopsis:

Memory of the Senses follows five protagonists in Gaza, each experiencing war through a radically different perceptual lens. In a war that strips the world to its rawest form, five people with distinct sensory and cognitive realities - blindness, deafness, paralysis, bipolar disorder, Down syndrome - navigate loss, displacement, and survival through the only perceptions left to them. Memory of the Senses is a poetic documentary about what remains when the familiar world disappears.

Khalil al Mozian is a Palestinian film director, screenwriter, and cultural organizer. He is the Director of the Red Carpet Human Rights Film Festival in Gaza. His work spans documentary, narrative fiction, and animation cinema, with a strong focus on human rights, social reality, and Palestinian identity through visual storytelling.
